Description
The gas mass flow sensor is made of micro electro mechanical system (MEMS) flow sensor chip, which is suitable for clean, relatively dry gas flow measurement and process control for various purposes.
The unique packaging technology makes the product meet different range of flow measurement, ensuring high sensitivity, high reliability, high stability and low cost.
It is based on MEMS flow sensing unit and high-precision digital processing and calibration circuit (MCU). The integrated Δ - Σ A / D converter, logic circuit with internal calibration function and MCU processor ensure the real-time and effective acquisition of sensing signal, obtain accurate flow signal, and process the corresponding compensation algorithm internally, so there is no need for any external calibration compensation,Can ensure high-precision flow output; friendly digital output communication mode, users can easily get the corresponding data information; product application range is very broad.
